They have overseen the performance on 18 SABER Contracts and 39 JOCs. Their Government contracting experience includes 27 Air Force Bases, 30 Army and National Guard facilities, 25 Navy, Marine and Coast Guard facilities, and 15 other federal departments and municipalities. Mr. Newberry pioneered the Job Order Contract and SABER contracting method, originating the first SABER In the United States at Hill AFB in 1986. They have overseen renovation and repair, historical renovation, design-build, new construction, civil works, family housing, medical facilities, hangars, warehouses, BEQ’s, air terminals, schools, roads and utilities projects
